Thanks to the complex architecture of HyMail®, the proprietary software used by Selecta for the management of Hybrid Mail workflows, it is possible to consolidate and sort mailings in agreement with different rules of different postal operators, flexibly and dynamically.

 


Digital Filing

Selecta offers its customers a Web-based platform for PDF files generation, indexing and research.

PDF files are generated as digital copies of documents produced by Selecta on behalf of its own customers.

The platform is accessible through an on-line web interface; document search capability is performed through indexes stored in a database.

For security reasons, systems are protected by a dual firewall architecture: the Front-End firewall interacts with the customer; while the Back-End firewall performs internal data storage and processing operations.

 


Document Composition

Selecta deals with the design, realisation and handling of business communication documents.

The documents are created for a range of different media (paper, Web, mobile phones, digital filing, etc…).

Thanks to the IT department, manned by more than 40 people, Selecta integrates the Information Technology resources of its customers, in order to rationalize workflows for document preparation and management.
